Justin Rose stays at three under with another scrambled par on the second. His tee shot on the par-3 third skips past the hole and finishes just off the green. Still, it’s a chance to make birdie.

Dustin Johnson! He’s a bit further away than he’d like on the par-3 fifth but a beautifully judged putt for birdie sees him slide the ball across the green and move back within two of the lead.

Michael Block closes out his round with another par. He fought back well after a double bogey on the fifth and claims a second consecutive round of 70.

He’ll head out for the weekend at level par for the tournament.

Kieth Mitchell gives back a shot immediately with a struggling bogey on the the 16th hole. He’s got two holes left today and the difficult 17th still to play.

On the second Justin Rose dinks his third shot just onto the green and leaves another testing putt for par. It’ll another great hold if he can get this one to drop.

The wind is making a difficult course even harder. On the fourth hole, Dustin Johnson decides to play safe and sends his approach into the middle of the green.

He’s a long way from the hole and will be thinking of two putts.

Justin Rose is left with an uphill putt seven feet from the hole. He aims it slightly left and rolls it home for a very well worked par. He’s safely thru 10 holes now and just one back.

Adam Scott has shot a birdie attempt on the 12th from around 15ft. It’s a decent effort that doesn’t get the desired turn from right to left, the putt slides past and Scott remains two-under.

Keith Mitchell moves back into the red after his wonderful tee shot on the 15th. He taps in for birdie.

Rose’s most recent poor tee shot leaves him behind a tree on the right side of the rough. He’s not got a shot at the green so has to chip it out sideways.

His next shot is going to be a crucial one. He needs to get it in close to make par.

Up on the 15th Keith Mitchell, who holed a decent putt for par on the previous green, tees off and guides a wonderful shot to within a couple of feet.

The crowd gives him a round of applause and it’s well worth it. What a shot.

Justin Rose is two under for the day but is really struggling off the tee. He’s not hit a single fairway so far in this round and pumps a drive over to the right side rough on the 1st (his 10th hole today).

There’s an aggreviated cuss from Rose when the ball heads off line. If he can sort out his strokes off the tee Rose could get himself in front once again.
