In-form Leicester City head to Championship side Brentford in an intriguing tie for the FA Cup fourth round. The Foxes saw off Stoke City in the last round, while the Bees beat Middlesbrough to book their spot in this tie.

Brentford have been in great form in the league of late, with five wins in the last six games seeing them rise to fourth in the table, just two points off an automatic promotion spot. This will be a big test for their top-flight credentials, though, as Leicester have been impressing in the Premier League, taking three straight wins recently and sitting third in the table, two points off leaders Manchester United.

Brendan Rodgers’ side fell away in the latter part of last season as injuries and a thin squad hampered them, but they look a much more well-rounded side with greater depth this time around and they may well fancy their chances of going all the way in the FA Cup. Follow all the latest below.

United make five changes from their 2-1 win at Fulham last week. Donny Van de Beek is given a rare start, while Scott McTominay, Marcus Rashford, Victor Lindelof and Dean Henderson all come into the side.

Liverpool, meanwhile, bring in Rhys Williams, James Milner, Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Curtis Jones after losing in the Premier League for the first time in over three years at Anfield against Burnley on Thursday night.

Leicester will have a home tie against Brighton in the fifth round, while Brentford, having had a taste of the quality of top-flight players, will be able to focus on their Championship promotion push.

Elsewhere, it’s finished 3-0 to Burnley against Fulham at Craven Cottage.

    FULL-TIME: BRENTFORD 1-3 LEICESTER

There’s no late resurgence from Brentford. Leicester progress into the fifth round in style, despite a poor first half against their battling Championship opposition. The home side led early on and were good value for it in the first half. But everything changed after the break as Under equalised, before a Tielemans penalty and a Maddison tap-in sealed the win.

Chance! Forss tries his luck from distance, hitting a low shot which bounces just in front of Ward. The goalkeeper spills it straight to Pressley, who can only blaze the rebound into the stand behind the goal.

Almost a sublime piece of improvisation from Thomas, who tries to flick the ball into the path of Barnes. It’s well read by Pinnock, though.

Castagne and Albrighton link up but the latter loses his balance as he breaks into the box. Leicester have exploited the wide areas ruthlessly in this half.

Another Brentford teenager is introduced: Haygarth is on for Zamburek.

Leicester knock the ball around confidently as Brentford’s players look increasingly tired. Castagne gets in on the right but his cut back is intercepted.
