The US health secretary tells the BBC the country is falling behind the rest of the world, after the top court withdrew the constitutional right to abortion.
"It is hard to believe that America is taking a backseat, is backsliding, when the rest of the world is moving to give women the kinds of rights they should have had a long time ago," Xavier Becerra told BBC World News America's Laura Trevelyan.
