Chelsea are hosting Wolves at Stamford Bridge on the Premier League's final day this afternoon, where a draw for the hosts would be enough to secure Champions League football next season.
The Blues are currently fourth but could fall out of the top four if they lose and Leicester either beat Manchester United or earn a draw at the King Power Stadium. That means Chelsea really can't afford to lose here, and that will be no straightforward with Wolves in great form and looking to clinch their spot in the top six.
It is a set to be a huge afternoon in the Premier League. Follow all the action below live:
56' - Worth noting that Chelsea's game is about two minutes or so behind the Leicester vs United one, due to more injury time at the end of the first half. For clarity, our minutes here in the live blog are for the Foxes-Red Devils game.
The tension must be rising on the pitch the longer that game goes on with the scores level.
Leicester 0-0 Man United
Chelsea 2-0 Wolves
52' - Wolves have won more points from losing positions than any other team this season - 21. It will need an enormous turnaround for them to add to that tally here.
Leicester have started well in the other game, Albrighton in particular causing problems down the right.
Leicester 0-0 Man United
Chelsea 2-0 Wolves
48' - Adama Traore coming on for Wolves, who will know Spurs are leading and are thus above them into sixth. That would leave Wolves needing Chelsea to win the FA Cup final to earn a Europa League spot.
Leicester 0-0 Man United
Chelsea 2-0 Wolves

46' - Martial is behind the defence and tries to cut across the defender on his right foot - and it's a tremendous tackle from James Justin to get a foot in and clear.
Leicester 0-0 Man United
Chelsea 2-0 Wolves
As it stands:
Chelsea are up to third on 66 points
United are fourth on 64.
Leicester are fifth, 63.
One goal at the KP Stadium can change so much!

Three minutes added on at King Power Stadium; Rashford hammers in a shot after a corner and Schmeichel makes a good save.
44' - Final minutes of the half. Caballero is almost caught out by a cross which floats deeper than expected and he has to claw it away from under the bar. From the corner, Neves half-volleys well off-target.
Leicester 0-0 Man United
Chelsea 0-0 Wolves

42' - Chances for both blue teams. Mount delivers a good cross to the near post and Giroud attacks it, but nods off target. Leicester build down the left and Thomas crosses low, but Vardy can't angle his shot on goal.
Justin then fails to deal with a bouncing ball and Rashford gets a chance to shoot, but scoops it miles wide.
Leicester 0-0 Man United
Chelsea 0-0 Wolves
38' - No shots on target at the Bridge so far. At the KP, United try to lift the tempo and carve the Leicester backline apart, but they stand firm to repel the danger.
Leicester 0-0 Man United
Chelsea 0-0 Wolves
34' - Fernandes has the ball in the net for United, but the flag is up and he's offside by a few yards. Good ball in from Pogba, but the Portuguese man went too early.
At the other end, Tielemans rolls a shot goalwards from the edge of the box and it's just a yard wide with De Gea scrambling.
Clash in mid-air at the Bridge, with Zouma and Jimenez needing treatment.
Leicester 0-0 Man United
Chelsea 0-0 Wolves

30' - A sense of all four of these teams being extremely respectful of each other at present. Nobody really dominating or committing players forward, nobody gambling yet on getting the three points.
Leicester have had more chances across the two games, but we're goalless in both.
Leicester 0-0 Man United
Chelsea 0-0 Wolves
22' - Maguire almost falls over the ball inside his own box, but United just about scramble it away. They don't look particularly solid at the moment when asked to defend.
Lots of middle-third play in the other game, with Wolves posing enough of an organised unit to turn back Chelsea with regularity. No big chances there as yet; Kovacic comes up with a great recovery run now to stop a Wolves counter.
Leicester 0-0 Man United
Chelsea 0-0 Wolves

18' - Fernandes does well down the left and crosses low, but no team-mate has gone with him into the box.
Leicester 0-0 Man United
Chelsea 0-0 Wolves
14' - Pulisic floats a free-kick into the area and Reece James rises highest to flick at goal, but it's wide at the far post.
In the other game, Matic gives it away and Ndidi gets a strike in on goal - but fizzes it over the bar.
Leicester 0-0 Man United
Chelsea 0-0 Wolves
What are the odds?
Chelsea – 7/8
Draw – 37/13
Wolves – 17/5
Prediction
Chelsea have shown in recent games they have the attacking threat to hurt teams, so they will likely go on the offensive – but Wolves have some exceptional counter-attackers including Adama Traore.
Chelsea 2-2 Wolves
