Russian state-backed TV channel RT (Russia Today) has had its UK broadcasting licence revoked by British television regulator, Ofcom.
Ofcom said RT's parent body ANO TV Novosti was not "fit and proper to hold a UK broadcast licence" and revoked their licence with immediate effect.
